Our challenge as creative communicators is formidable.
There is so much chatter, visual clutter...so much media, new and traditional, demanding..., the attention of our audiences that we must be inspired on behalf of our clients to break through and deliver a message to our intended target. Clearly.
To educate. To stimulate. To motivate. To illuminate. To persuade. And ultimately, to deliver the goods.
A good idea that delivers the goods is a good idea.
River Communications Group is a good idea whose time has come.
River Communications Group was conceived to make connections, foster relationships, and perhaps alliances, among the many marketing communications disciplines practiced by independent creative professionals up and down the Delaware... practitioners in
publicity and pr
graphic design, as print, digital or broadcast, (not to mention the exquisite design work you never see... the work that makes the files bulletproof going to a printer. Or the architecture of a website that makes it perform seamlessly... intuitively).
And written content in print, digital, audio or broadcast. Promotional, technical or instructive.
Sound, too, communicates and connects, so we've tuned in music as well.
Are you one of us?
We have no real agenda, per se, we're simply hoping to provide creative practitioners from the broad spectrum of media and marcomm talent with a place, and a reason to gather.
To connect. To talk about stuff that matters to the growth of our businesses. To learn something maybe we didn't know. To whine about clients [yeah, we all do...]. Work out solutions to problems. Renew friendships and form alliances.
Periodically, we'll invite "speakers" who are doing the heavy lifting out in the real business world to share ideas that are good for your business. Our meetings are content-rich and hopefully, we'll scratch your business itch.
We're not all business all the time. The River Communications Group believes in socializing because successful creative alliances are as much about chemistry as sharing our strengths.
If possible, we'll try and hook you up with a gig. Connections is where you'll find postings of projects or job openings we received.
Got a tip about a project or job you want to share? Let us know. We'll post it.
And we'll share whatever we've learned in past meetings.
